To implement, monitor, and continuously enhance a robust national compliance program that aligns with Kuehne+Nagel’s Corporate Ethics & Compliance framework. This includes ensuring strict adherence to all applicable laws and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as internal policies, including the Kuehne+Nagel Code of Conduct.
How you create impact
- Provide ongoing updates, training, and communication to management, employees, and selected third parties on compliance topics.
- Perform and regularly update compliance risk assessments as defined by Global Compliance to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert—especially in anti-corruption—offering guidance to the national organization on ethical practices in line with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Ensure effective governance and compliance oversight across national business units. Define accountability structures and foster a culture of Ethics & Compliance at all organizational levels.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure national-level compliance objectives are achieved.
What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience in Compliance, preferably within a multinational or regulated environment (at least 5 years of experience).
- Educational background in law, accounting, business or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
