About the job:
  • Como Key Account Manager (KAM) para el canal Farmacias, serás responsable de liderar la relación comercial con cadenas de farmacias regionales, distribuidores mayoristas y actores estratégicos del canal. Tu misión será desarrollar e implementar planes comerciales que garanticen el crecimiento rentable del portafolio de marcas de Consumer Healthcare (CHC) en Argentina, generando alianzas de largo plazo con nuestros clientes clave.
Main responsibilities:
  • Diseñar y ejecutar los planes de negocio para cuentas clave del canal farmacias, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de volumen, rentabilidad, participación de mercado y ejecución.
  • Negociar acuerdos comerciales, condiciones de trade y promociones en base a una estrategia Win-Win.
  • Construir relaciones sólidas con compradores, responsables de marketing de cadenas, y tomadores de decisión en distribuidores.
  • Analizar información comercial (sell-in, sell-out, stock) para identificar oportunidades, gestionar desvíos y anticipar necesidades.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Marketing y Finanzas para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los planes.
  • Asegurar la presencia, visibilidad y disponibilidad de productos en el punto de venta, en línea con las prioridades de marca.
  • Monitorear el retorno de la inversión comercial y asegurar el uso eficiente de los recursos asignados.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de políticas comerciales, compliance y estándares éticos de la compañía.
About you:
  • Experience:
    • Experiencia +3 años en roles comerciales dentro de empresas de consumo masivo, salud, cosmética o pharma.
    • Experiencia previa trabajando con cadenas de farmacias, droguerías y distribuidores en Argentina.
  • Skills:
    • Capacidad de negociación, análisis comercial y gestión de relaciones estratégicas.
    • Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas comerciales (Power BI, SAP, Nielsen, etc.).
    • Perfil autónomo, orientado a resultados, con fuerte foco en ejecución.
  • Education: Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Comercialización, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Languages: Buen manejo de inglés (deseable)
