As a Documentation Analyst, you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving documentation processes within the Global IT team. Your role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and security of critical documents, supporting compliance and enhancing collaboration across functions. You will actively work with team members to capture and formalize undocumented processes, ensuring key knowledge is preserved and accessible. You will be part of a Global IT team focused on standardizing documentation practices, ensuring regulatory alignment, and enhancing the organization and accessibility of information company-wide.
Technical Experience Needed for This Role:
- Advanced English proficiency – strong reading, writing, and communication skills for handling documentation in a global environment.
- Basic experience with document creation and management, ideally in a corporate or regulated environment.
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards and other compliance or regulatory documentation frameworks.
- Understanding of document versioning, control, and archiving processes.
- Experience in maintaining secure and confidential records.
- Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Exposure to internal or external audit procedures related to documentation.
- Basic project coordination skills – ability to manage documentation timelines, prioritize tasks, and follow up with stakeholders
- Familiarity with Google Docs and/or other office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
