How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Part of an international team, the main mission of the Returnable Asset product expert is to ensure that the end users' needs are gathered, taken into consideration and shared to the different stakeholders (Product manager, Solution and Business owners) in order to contribute to the global product roadmap. As an expert, you will be a relay between IT and the end users. You will be responsible for supporting the products, contributing to their evolutions and adaptations.How will you CONTRIBUTE and DEVELOP?
You will become a trusted point of contact for the different Returnable Asset solutions while building a close relationship with internal customers to understand their needs and solve their pain points.
You will support the different Returnable Asset Solution globally and ensure that they remain highly available.
You will document and share your knowledge with internal support team members and internal customers while analyzing incidents and proposing action plans.
You will participate to the deployment of the different solutions, their evolutions and contribute to their sustainability while keeping a cost effective approach.
You will assist the Business development teams on pre sales activities for technical / financial topics.
You will be the key contributor to technical specification (Infrastructure, design of the solutions, …) and on functional documentation related to evolutions.

2-5 years in these two areas: Information Technology and Project Management
A solid knowledge of AWS Cloud Services
Strong communication and organizational skills,
Strong written, oral and presentation skills,

A good balance of information technology skills and business skills/knowledge,
An excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
