Crucial Function/Responsibilities
- Acts as case manager for critical cases.
- Operating independently with strong decision-making skills, planning, and prioritizing complex activities.
- Responsible for managing a team that delivers critical services to employees, ensuring alignment with both business and HR strategic objectives
- Serving as the escalation point for stakeholders, resolving complex issues, and maintaining service consistency.
- Crucial to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
- Acting as a liaison between the different stakeholders.
