Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel Google campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Discovery
- Own Google Merchant Center setup, feed maintenance, and optimization
- Research and identify new audiences, keywords, and trends
- Run A/B tests and iterate based on clear performance signals
- Monitor budgets and pacing to hit ROAS and CPA targets
- Analyze and present weekly campaign performance with actionable insights
- Partner with account managers and strategists to align on broader goals
- Write strong ad copy and collaborate on landing page/testing strategy
- Proactively flag opportunities to scale or shift strategy
- Exclude branded queries from performance reporting to maintain transparency
Technical Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads—Search, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube
- Strong grasp of full-funnel performance strategy and attribution models
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with tracking, conversion actions, and pixel/tag setup
- Familiarity with bid strategies (TCPA, TROAS) and segmentation best practices
- Comfort interpreting data and explaining insights to clients

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Bonus if you’ve worked with ecommerce or lead gen brands with complex funnels
Location & Compensation
- Location: Remote
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract
- Compensation: $1300-1700 /month USD
