Job Description

- Liderar y gestionar el ciclo completo de contratos: redacción, negociación, ejecución, administración, reclamos y cierre.
- Impulsar los procesos de licitación y adquisiciones: preparación de pliegos, aclaraciones a oferentes, evaluación de propuestas y recomendaciones de adjudicación.
- Revisar e interpretar cláusulas contractuales complejas, asegurando cumplimiento de leyes, políticas y requisitos del proyecto.
- Monitorear el desempeño de contratistas, verificando obligaciones, entregables, hitos y KPIs.
- Preparar y emitir notificaciones contractuales, órdenes de cambio y enmiendas de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Gestionar reclamos y disputas: análisis de derecho, evaluación de riesgos, propuestas de estrategia y apoyo en negociaciones.
- Mantener registros de contratos, seguros, garantías, avales y documentación de cumplimiento.
- Proporcionar análisis de riesgos comerciales y estrategias de mitigación para la toma de decisiones.
- Colaborar con los equipos legales, de compras, finanzas y técnicos del cliente para asegurar la alineación de la estrategia contractual.
- Elaborar informes periódicos, tableros ejecutivos y recomendaciones para la alta dirección.
- Promover la mejora continua de procesos contractuales y capturar lecciones aprendidas para futuros proyectos.
Qualifications
- Mandatorio: Título universitario en Ingeniería.
- Mínimo 15 años de experiencia profesional en gestión contractual de grandes proyectos de infraestructura, energía o industrias afines.
- Se valora especialmente la experiencia en proyectos de reactores nucleares.
- Experiencia en procesos industriales o sectores altamente regulados.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación, gestión de riesgos y resolución de problemas.
- Dominio de inglés y español (oral y escrito).
