What the day will look like
Responsible for developing and implementing the regional sales strategy, handling the regional sales pipeline, and leading a team of sales-oriented individuals to drive balanced revenue growth in the region.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- +10 years in similar roles
- Advanced english
- Strong understanding of insurance sales channels and deep knowledge of regional insurance trends and development.
- Proficient and knowledgeable on each Solution Line´s product set.
- Demonstration of leadership values.
