In infrastructure engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients. Your work will involve network architecture, server management, and cloud computing experience.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Infrastructure Engineering team you will manage cloud infrastructure and maintain seamless deployment and administration of services. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical challenges while mentoring others and maintaining professional standards. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with advanced cloud technologies and contribute to innovative solutions that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure and oversee deployment of services

• Address complex technical challenges with innovative problem-solving approaches

• Mentor team members to foster their professional growth

• Maintain professional standards and technical excellence

• Work with advanced cloud technologies to drive organizational success

• Configure and administer virtual machines while troubleshooting issues

• Handle requests effectively using Service Now platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure seamless operations

What You Must Have

• 3 years of experience in Azure infrastructure

• Proficiency in troubleshooting

• Experience in Windows or Linux administration

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology

• ITIL certification

• Competency in scripting languages like Bash, Shell, or PowerShell

• Experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps

• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible

• Experience with cloud deployment tools like Terraform or ARM

• Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platform

• Managing requests on Service Now
