We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end users in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring optimal workstation performance, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues in person and remotely
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications (Windows, macOS, etc.)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory
- Set up and support video conferencing tools and office equipment
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset changes in the IT ticketing system
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding users and preparing IT equipment
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain system integrity and implement upgrades
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and security protocols

Pay: $270,013.00 - $310,013.00 per day
