Your impact
Provide Dealer Developent market intelligence on distribution landscape & evolution for Hispano region; Support strategic Dealer Management & brand governance with local data on markets;
Provide brands with brand-specific local data & provide Dlrs Brand feedback & overview. Develop and Lead New Projects, Smart Coverage plan and Quality Programs.

Your experience and qualifications
- Develop new programs and project to Dealer Management to Support the others business area
- Analyze market development, distribution and trends, structural data, etc. to support the DM
- Implement new analytical tools and securing their efficient use in DM.
- Manage & share customer, industry & competitor data ensuring data quality and availability.
- Be responsible for Dealer Development Brand representation and Quality
- Administer and maintain market responsibilities of AGCO‘s dealer network
- Complete bachelor degree in Business administration, Engineer or related areas
- Strong analytical and strategic skills; affinity to numbers
- Consolidated experience in project leadership and project roll out
- Consolidated experience in Dealer Development Area in Agricultre or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry
- Language skills (advanced English is desirable)
- Availability to travel
