Job Description
- Ejecutar las actividades programas de forma diaria.
- Reportar errores en la producción.
- Mantener el registro de las actividades realizadas.
- Operar los procesos en apego a instrucciones y guidelines establecidos.
- Seguir los entrenamientos establecidos para el uso de las diversas plataformas.
- Apegarse al modelo de gestión definidos por la operación.
- Requiere de un modelo de supervisión altos.
- Análisis de datos e información (generación de reportes).
Qualifications
- Licenciatura con preferencia por Matemáticas, Estadística, Economía o Comercio.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización, capacidad para trabajar en equipos globales (con personas en distintos países) y cumplir con plazos de entrega.
- Alto nivel de precisión, proactividad y atención al detalle.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Capacidad para escalar problemas a la gerencia para lograr una resolución rápida.
- Buenas habilidades analíticas y aptitud para trabajar con datos y procesos operativos.
- Capacidad para gestionar proyectos, incluyendo rutas críticas, secuenciación de tareas y resolución de problemas.
- Dominio del idioma inglés como lenguaje de negocios: hablar y escribir con fluidez.
