Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Map and prioritize centers with required infrastructure and regulatory licenses.
- Validate account readiness, treatment capacity, and patient journey logistics.
- Align account prioritization with cross-functional teams and product strategy.
- Develop and deliver training and educational materials for healthcare organizations.
- Analyze account ecosystems to optimize referrals and adoption of our therapy.
- Secure agreements to ensure Day 1 treatment readiness.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate logistics, approvals, and scheduling to ensure timely patient infusions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, account-specific solutions.
- Manage project plans and KPIs across design, development, and execution phases.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Biological Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovative healthcare solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements
- Prior experience in oncology or radioligand therapy environments.
