Your New Role
This position will provide operational and administrative support to the communications team, ensuring efficient follow-up of processes (contracts and suppliers) as well as coordination of the execution of communications campaigns.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Support the execution of external communications campaigns for Latin America, and production of materials.
- Prepare presentations, reports and management reports for the area.
- Provide administrative support to the communications team in operational and coordination tasks: management of photographic archive of brands and content, compilation of information for award and festival nominations, text adaptations, coordination of interview agendas, travel coordination.
- Manage area budgets: expense tracking, invoicing control, reports and reconciliations.
- Upload and follow up purchase orders, contracts and payments to suppliers through SAP Ariba.
- Coordinate with internal areas (finance, purchasing, legal, marketing) to ensure process compliance.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Previous experience in administrative or support roles in communication or marketing areas.
- Advanced student or graduate with a degree in Communication, Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Ariba (desirable).
- Knowledge in budget management and administrative processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English.
