Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, online media environment, or marketing.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to contact local stakeholders from Google and outside of Google.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- 2 years of experience in a matrixed organization.
- 1 year of experience in managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
- Knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions.
- Ability to work as part of culturally cross-functional teams, build lasting client relationships, and to create programs to drive performance (e.g., scalable implementation plans).
- Excellent investigative, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Help our clients in the region to plan, implement, and monitor product strategies that maximize their business and marketing objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Product Specialists, and Agencies Teams to land product opportunities and goals with clients.
- Manage the execution and delivery of campaigns across all Google Ads Solutions and Platforms ensuring the performance meets customers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain an in-depth relationship with the client to understand the customers' core business objectives and issues.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement, and measure scalable product performance projects across our region, and to identify future opportunities.
