Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute the digital commercial strategy for marketplaces and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) channels, aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with key marketplaces and D2C platform providers to maximize visibility and sales.
- Collaborate closely with our D2C provider and the marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across digital media.
- Use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor sales performance, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and e-commerce platforms to increase product visibility and drive traffic to our online offerings.
- Monitor and report key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and acquisition costs to evaluate the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives.
- Optimize digital campaigns.
Principal Requirements
- Commercial experience managing relationships with online marketplaces and D2C platforms.
- Completed bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using analytics platforms like Google Analytics to analyze sales data and online performance metrics to generate data-driven actions.
- Experience implementing and optimizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage interactions and automate sales processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, among others.
- Experience with e-commerce logistics, inventory management, and order processing.
- English language: not mandatory.
- Availability for domestic and international travel.
