Who we are looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive with a passion for project management and client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing and advertising projects and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. They should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
What you’ll do
Project Planning and Management
- Collaborate on defining project objectives and scope.
- Develop detailed work schedules, identifying milestones and key deliverables.
- Coordinate resource allocation and responsibilities with the Account Supervisor.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing deviations proactively.
- Maintain organized project documentation, ensuring accessibility for team members.
Client Communication and Relationship Building
- Act as the main point of contact for client briefs, requirements, and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring follow-ups with actionable next steps.
- Create periodic progress reports and presentations tailored to client needs.
Internal Collaboration and Support
- Assist the Account Supervisor in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor deadlines and resource usage, proposing optimizations when necessary.
- Support the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
Administrative and Financial Management
- Accurately input cost estimates into Advertmind and manage approvals from clients.
- Collect and upload campaign evidence (e.g., screenshots, media reports, final materials) for auditing purposes.
- Track project invoicing and payments, resolving discrepancies with the finance team.
What you’ll need
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account management or project coordination roles is highly desirable.
